What we collect
We use your email and name to create your independent FRAMEHAUS account. Passwords are never stored in readable form: we retain a salted password hash and a revocable secure-session reference. Booking records include your selected equipment, dates, collection window, notes, prices and status. If you use live chat, we store your contact details and conversation so the rental desk can reply and retain the support history.
Identity verification
Before a first booking, we ask for one government-issued photo ID. The file is stored in private object storage under an opaque reference. The booking database stores only limited metadata needed to track submission and review.
How information is used
Account, operational notes, booking and chat information is used to assess rental eligibility, prepare and fulfil hires, prevent loss or fraud, provide support and keep an accurate rental history. Internal customer notes and identity documents are restricted to authorised FRAMEHAUS staff.
Access, retention and deletion
Access to identity documents should be limited to authorised reviewers. Before accepting live customer IDs, FRAMEHAUS will publish a defined retention schedule and operating process for access and deletion requests.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional measurement cookies from the cookie notice. If accepted, FRAMEHAUS records page visits, campaign parameters and key rental-journey actions so we can understand which marketing works and improve the service. Advertising personalisation remains disabled. You can also ask for a copy of your account information, request corrections or ask for deletion where applicable by contacting the privacy address above. Some booking records may need to be retained for contractual, security or legal reasons.
