Verified account
Anyone may browse and build a kit. A booking can only be confirmed by the signed-in account holder after FRAMEHAUS has separately reviewed and approved their identity document.
Availability and quote
Availability is rechecked when a booking is confirmed. Daily rates are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge, insurance requirement, tax treatment or production-specific cost is confirmed by the equipment desk before handover.
Deposit and responsibility
A refundable security deposit may be required. The hirer is responsible for equipment from handover until accepted return, including loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear, subject to the final rental agreement.
Collection, delivery and return
Collection windows form part of the booking. London delivery requests depend on route availability and are not confirmed until the desk responds. Late returns can affect another production and may incur additional charges.
Drone equipment
The hirer is responsible for using drones lawfully, safely and with the permissions, competence, registration and insurance required for the intended operation and location.
Final agreement
This page is a customer-friendly overview. A complete rental agreement, cancellation terms, replacement values and any production-specific conditions must be accepted before equipment is released.
